Here at Esplanade, we have year-round activity designed to suit members of all levels. Our seasonal schedule includes league play opportunities, social play, lessons and clinics and a calendar of events that is welcoming to all members.

Tennis Program Guidelines

If you are playing, you must reserve your court on Salix.
If you have a guest, please make sure they check in at the Pro Shop so they can be charged the appropriate court fee and sign the liability waiver.
All day guests MUST be accompanied by a member while using the courts at all times.
There is NO coaching/lessons from non-Esplanade or Icon coaches allowed on the tennis courts at any time.
After 6pm the tennis courts will be closed to ALL guests and will be reserved for MEMBERS ONLY.
When reserving a court, the named member must be a player ont he resreved court.

Jim McDonald is our Director of Court Sports, which includes Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce. Jim is an experienced Director with a long history in the tennis and club industry. He has coached at all levels of the game with former students achieving Grand Slam doubles and mixed doubles titles, National NCAA #1 doubles rankings and many others who have made tennis an important part of their lives. Jim was a former State Coach of Western Australia and has extensive experience at both large public tennis facilities as well as elite private country clubs.
