Spa Etiquette

We are here to help you attend to your health, wellness, and well-being. We are taking precautions to maintain the health of our guests and staff. We have heightened our already diligent cleaning, sanitizing, and hygiene procedures. We have added extra time between services and are limiting the number of guests in the spa and salon area.

We ask that you only come to the spa if you are feeling well and have not had contact with anyone who is not well. Please wear your mask and practice physical distancing.

APPOINTMENTS
  • We recommend booking spa services in advance
  • All appointments are secured with a membership account number or credit card
  • All spa treatments and salon appointments are reserved especially for you, so please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24-hour notice is given, 50% of the service/s booked will be applied to your member account and/or credit card.

ARRIVALS
  • We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to enjoy the spa and have consultation time with your therapist. This will allow time to relax and enjoy our co-ed meditation room prior to your service.
  • Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain the same.
  • Be sure to drink plenty of water prior to and immediately following your service/s.
 
CHILDREN
  • Members must be at least 16 years of age to experience a spa treatment.
  • Any client under 18 years of age is required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. A minor release form must also be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian.
 
HEALTH
  • If you are not feeling well, please let us know so we can reschedule your experience
  • Spa Services are scheduled for your pleasure and comfort level so please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preference during your service.
  • Please assist us by informing us of any allergies or injuries.
 
PAYMENT
  • Spa services will be charged to your member account. We also accept credit cards as payment. We do not accept cash for payment of services.  Gratuity can be paid for by member charge, credit card or cash.
  • Please present any gift certificates or gift cards at the time of your check in.
 
ETIQUETTE
  • Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
  • In consideration of other spa guests, please switch off mobile devices.
 
JEWELRY
  • We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa.
  • Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.
 
SPA AMENITIES
  • On arrival, you will be supplied with a luxurious bathrobe as well as a locker for your clothing and personal belongings.
  • Upon request, we will provide additional spa amenities.
 
GROUPS
  • Please note that pre-booking for all treatments is essential. Group bookings are classified as treatments booked for four or more guests and need to be made a minimum of seven days in advance.
  • Cancellations need to be made a minimum of four days to appointments booked.
