Amenity Center Pool & Resistance Pool

• Operating Hours: Dawn till Dusk
• Pool temperature heated to 86 degrees daily
• Swimming lanes
• Exercise resistance pool 

Pool & Resistance Pool Policies

• All residents must be wearing orange wristbands
• All guests are to be registered and will be given a paper wristband to wear poolside. Guest registration paperwork is mandatory is available at the Amenity Center front desk
• Access to the pool through side gates or Amenity Center
• Please bring your own towels
• Grills and tables available for use
• Food and drink can be consumed poolside (NO GLASS ALLOWED)
• Reservation of chairs is not allowed

Wellness Center Pool

• Operating Hours: Dawn til Dusk
• The Resort Style pool has a zero entry to a depth of 5'6" and the heat is set to 84 degrees.
• Cabanas are available to rent for $50 for the full day. They are available on a first come basis (Monday - Friday) 
• Hot tub is set to 103 degrees.

Pool Policies

• Please bring your own towel
• Outside food and beverage are not permitted.
• Please refrain from drinking and eating in the Pool. 
• All residents are to wear the orange wristbands.
• All guests are to be registered and will be given a paper wristband to wear poolside. Guest registration is mandatory and paperwork is available at the Wellness Center front desk.
• Reservation of chairs is not allowed

Messina Loop Pool

• Access with member cards
• First come first serve on chairs
• Reservation of chairs is not allowed
